Recommended video bitrates for uploads to Youtube:
12Mbps for 1080p 60fps!
Try recording with 24Mbps in OBS Studio and then Render with 12Mbps in Sony Vegas!

Okay, you have some hard compressed 1920×1080 60fps mp4 – and you will render to 1920×1080 60fps mp4 with only 6Mbps? How does it look if you try with 24Mbps?

It is not a mp4 file ! It is a mp4v file !
Maybe it have something to do with the 3gp file format – are your footage from a mobile phone ?

What is the MediaInfo of your clip ?
If your clip is with variable frame rate – then convert your clip with Handbrake – set frame rate to constant !

Has the Blackmagic UltraStudio Mini Monitor HDMI 2.0 output ?

Your Intel i7 3770K cpu is only 4-core – if you want to with UHD/4K you better off with a 8-core cpu !
