Why not just get a faster external hard drive and leave the project on it rather than transferring back and forth and making another copy. No real way around that unless you use something like Carbon Copy cloner that would detect duplicates at the finder level, which would also be dangerous if you changed something in one location and not in the either etc.

Depends how much you want to zoom. But I would suggest 2X 4K just to be safe to go zooming a lot. So say 7680× 4320 or so? Depends on the size of the still itself of course.

You can share via export to XML but Libraries are the best way to share complete projects. Pulling the project file itself out of the Library is not recommended.

I would love to add the ability to read out time metadata from clips and create titles from that metadata. e.g.:
Clip was shot 4/6/16 and today is 4/7/16.
Title options
Footage filmed 4/6/16
Footage filmed 24 hours ago
Footage filmed 1 day(s) ago.Or show hands on a clock based on the time between two clips, etc.

You could try toggling between proxy and original/optimized. But I’m guessing your XML may be borked by back/forth with so many issues. You may need to simply go back to the original before it was sent to Resolve.

Are you relinking missing or all? You need to try and force relink back but this sounds like a bit of a disaster round tripping wise.
