So I’d like to comment that SORENSON’s watch folder function is very very very idiot proof. I thought it was going to be a pain in the butt like Adobe’s watch folder function, but now I successfully figured how to go from image sequence to quicktime and then right to .flv without doing anything. How convenient!

    Thanks rendernyc

    Are you using nucleo?

I’m rocking it on a g5 quad and the performance is rediculous.

I’m not a squeeze guru — but how would I set it up to watch it?
Thanks for your help so far also

Depending on how thick the rope is you may be able to use
CC SIMPLE WIRE REMOVAL which is under your KEYING option.

Its a pretty handy effect, but again its frame by frame.

If you aren’t comfortable using the clone/stamp tool, output a .film file, and use photoshop to stamp it out of each frame.

    Really appreciate it!

Now if they can only get a .flv output in the render queue…..

Just collect the files and watch your typefaces. Otherwise they tend to translate pretty well between the two operating systems.

    Bangerang wuzelwazel!

If you check out the benchmarks with software that doesn’t support quad-cores, there is not a super dooper performance jump. It should be around a hypethetical 100% performance jump — and we really only see this in software that is meant to be run on the stations. And it makes you wonder about the other garbage we run on our boxes. How long has windows xp 64 been out? And how many drivers is it still missing? Will the day come when my 64core workstation can only use 2 cores in iTunes but rock 64 cores out of Cinema 4d?

    Interesting article:

Its noteworthy because if something does not support multi-cores, well, then the cores are useless.

    use the wiggler!
look it up in your manual.

Or maybe a position +(wiggle(amp, freq)) expression — then you can control it with sliders…
