Sorry for double-post, I don’t suppose there’s a levels preset for this kind of thing? I’m pretty new to Vegas and didn’t think it would be this stressful just to put a .PNG into a video..

I viewed the rendered video with a few media players, MPC-HC and VLC, on my monitor, my plasma, my mother’s laptop. I uploaded a test to youtube too.
I was not aware of the difference in blacks and whites.. I suppose that would explain why it didn’t seem to overly affect other colours.
I’ll take a look at those links, thanks.
It just still kinda boggles me, the picture looks fine in the preview, if it’s going to turn out different after then what’s the point of a preview. :/

Wow I’m observant, hah, was looking for it in Tools and not Options, thanks. 🙂
And Matt, you are a god, that is going to save me so much hassle, I just synced my latest project so much easier now I have precise controls, thank you. ^^

I’m not entirely sure where that option is, I’m using Sony Vegas Pro 10 if that helps.
