  • Yeah it sure is, I would try uninstalling and reinstalling your Vegas Pro to see if that fixes the issue. Let me know how it goes.

  • That is very strange! I was wondering if the audio also cuts out when you play the video unedited outside of Sony Vegas or within the camera that you originally recorded it in. I have a camera where the audio will lower in volume by like 60-70% randomly sometimes so I had to raise the volume line within the audio clip to even it out. Not sure if something similiar is happening to you but the problem could be from the camera that recorded it or some bug happening within Sony Vegas itself. Keep me updated just incase 🙂

I do not remember ever seeing an option to render just a picture, only videos. I usually render in WMV format and lately I have been using MP4. I noticed over the years, more format options related to MP4 has popped out. Especially if it’s for a specific device, whether it be a PC, TV or smartphone, each MP4 format may be different sizes so it’s good to pay attention to the sizes like 1920×1080 would be for 1080p format too. I don’t know the few options from Sony Vegas 10 but I used Sony Vegas 8 and the format options were far smaller than there are now if I am not mistaken.

If you have an option for GPU Accelerator, I suggest you try that out since it renders your Vegas video a lot faster than the normal one and pre-rendering your videos within Vegas so you can see a preview without lags before you render it!

Also what is the specs on your computer? Cause if it’s lagging this much, may be the CPU/GPU requirements.

Feel free to send me some screenshots to see how I can help better identify the issue. Once I put video on the screen of Sony Vegas, I do not think there is any need to pin them since it will stay there even after you exit and reopened the app. And wow! I thought my Sony Vegas was outdated with Vegas 13 lol, I plan to upgrade soon myself. 🙂

Perhaps some screenshots will to see how all the audio looks identical. You have dragged the clips from your computer to the timeline and made sure they were all different clips before you synched them with Pluraleyes? Let me know to see how I can help advise. 🙂

May I ask if each of these paragraphs are different text layers? I imagine you are trying to seperate the paragraphs so they can be read clearly right? If so, using the move tool to move the other paragraph down can help. Would also help if I can see a video clip of the exact issue. This does look strange indeed!

I started learning on Multicamera myself recently when I am synching a couple of video clips with 2 camera together. Even if its 20+ camera, if all were recorded at the same time, you should be able to sync them. Here is a link I found that may be able to help you more on whatever issues you have in Multicamera that you may have, click here: In-Depth: How to Multicam Editing (vegascreativesoftware.com)

I have recorded on both my Canon Camcorder and my Smartphone during my trips and I simply just transfer all the videos from both of them together in a folder where I will make the video and then edit it on Vegas or Premiere Pro. Both qualities looks similiar to each other and they were both good. It really all depends on how good you wish to make it look! Both of them records 1080p so they should look well when blended in with each other.

I believe you will need to find a setting format that is more compatible for small devices. The thing is that if you render a video you recorded from an iPhone to a full blown video format for PC/Laptop sized for example like an mp4 iPad format, normally it would have a much larger file space on the rendered video. But in your case since you exported as a HEVC format which is the format used for iPhone devices, that is pretty strange. It also could depend on the screen resolution on how you rendered that HEVC format. At least that’s what I think. Even if it can be rendered in that same iPhone format, I believe it’s possible for the resolution to have expanded since its been dropped to Premiere to a larger computer screen and stretches the image out. Thats is what I can theorize but I don’t know if I am fully right there. Let me know if you have some questions or doubts on this! 🙂
