[Adam Clements] “It is a large project”

Premiere Pro has issues with large project files (.prproj) over about 30 MB or a large amount of source material and stills.
You may want to divide your project into several subprojects. You can copy/paste Sequences from one Project into another and the media will also paste. Dont put too many eggs in one basket.

Installing Fraps on your desktop might help…depending on what the codec is.

    Confusing information!
2 video codecs??? And then Sorenson does not support an alpha channel (Millions+). PNG does support that though.

    Really odd resolution.
Premiere Pro often rejects Mpeg 3 audio.

If QT Player can play it, your best solution might be to buy QT Pro to convert the clip to, like QT Animation and Linear PCM audio(48,000hz)

Both screen shots appear identical, advising that you do not have the codec for this Format of video installed on your PC. What does GSpot say when you click on “More info…” under Video Codec>Stat?

What is the Format of the Video AND Audio tracks? Open the video file in QT Player and choose Window>Show Movie Properties.

Reversing a clip will reverse field order.

Try deleting all the audio preview files…then Premiere will regenerate them.

Watching SD on a HD monitor has got to be painful. What makes my eyes bleed is stretching SD to fill the screen. HD is almost 7 times the resolution as SD.
How does it look on a SD TV?
