You can copy/paste text into the titler, but you do loose formatting and wraps.

I do quite a bit of film to video, but use a film projector to project the image onto a small screen…about 6 ” X 4″, then tape the image with an old VHS pro cam. Have tried the DV cam route, but the result is quite a lot of flickering.
I have heard of devices that generate an analog stream and other devices that project into a cam lens, but dont know of any. -
1:1 frame rate matches the source…2:1 doubles the frame rate of the source.
Keyframes are used for indexing a clip, alowing one to skip forward or backward. The frames between keyframes are often not complete frames, depending on the type of compression, spatial or temporal. More keyframes makes for a larger file.

Unlike 1.5, 2.0 requires that the DV device be turned on and connected prior to starting Premiere…at least on my system.

Radio Shack has a lavalier mic for about $40…works for me.

David’s suggestion is great, especially with the length of your movie. You really need the extra 1.3 mbps for the video bitrate.
If you only use Premiere, you will need to dig into the advanced settings of the encoder to set the bitrate.

Pro can utilize Window’s limit of Ram…3 gb.

Expirementing;
Scale clips selected, imported a 3mp pic and scale it to 500%.
Open the same pic in PS and scale it so as to match as close as possble the Premiere monitor window…about 200%. Looking at both windows side by side it appears that Premiere is doing a better job of scaling than PS. There is some jaggies, but less artifacts than PS. Premiere also does some softening.
Conclusion;
There is room to zoom/pan on stills “scalled to fit”. -
You will need to change the video bitrate to 3700 kbps to fit video and PCM audio on a DVD. If you have the Surecode Dolby plug-in then you can add 1200 kbps to the video bitrate. Same if you can use Encore to author the DVD.
