Flash 8 includes the Flash encoder to do your compression. Export from Premiere as uncompressed Microsoft AVI and give that file to the Flash 8 encoder. Choose the Spark Pro codec for maximum compatibility.

The files are probably protected (ITunes). Use ITunes to burn a red book audio CD, then “rip” them back to your hard drive as .wav files.
OR you can “record” them into Audition while they are playing in Itunes. -
You can still get that old pallete feel with 2.0. Just hold down the Ctrl key and grab a palette by the tiny dots to the left of the name of the palette and drag it free.

Premiere has After Effects’ “Write-on” effect to do what you need…a bit of learning curve though.

Camera persons cell phone on Silent will cause a loud buz on the tape and anyone close to the camera as well!
Not keeping one eye on the bride and the other on the photog.

Start with a background in V1 (video or still). Next put your video in V2.
In Photoshop make a graphic with a pure black (0,0,0) background. New layer; marquee tool with a 30 pixel feather, create a round or oval selection and fill with pure white (255,255,255). Export as .gif and put in V3 of Premiere.
Apply the Track Matte effect to V2, targeting V3 as the source and Luma as the key type. Might need to select “reverse” in the effect controls. -
Does the waveform in the timeline display in both stereo channels or did you use an external mic and recorded only one channel?
Use the Fill Left or Right effect to copy sound from one channel to the other. -
I have used ScenalyzerLive for years, it is like a Swiss army knife. I hear that is will jump up to 3 seconds of broken timecode. Try a demo of it and let us know.

Unlike Premiere, Audition and Photoshop are destructive editing tools…You should have exported a copy of the audio from Premiere for audition to work with.
