The last version of Vegas Pro that was 32 bit was Pro 10. It’s not free though nor is it for sale any longer from Sony. If you don’t already own it, then you’ll have to try to find it online at places such as Amazon.

Glenn, I’m not at my computer so my apologies if this isn’t 100% accurate. Place a marker at the beginning and end of the section you want to render. In the render option make sure “render loop region only” is selected. I hope this is what you want.

All I can suggest is saving the project under a new name and rendering it again. Good luck. -
Sorry John but you have me stumped. All I can think of is that the bak file is corrupt 🙁

Movie Studio doesn’t have the velocity envelope option but the Properties technique should work.

Strange. That should’ve worked. Just to confirm you did rename it like myfile.veg.bak to myfile.veg, correct?

You need to remove the .bak from the file name and then it should open as expected.
Once you recover it, immediately resave it under a new name. -
Another method is to to right click on the event, choose Properties and raise or lower the Playback rate setting. Remember to shorten or stretch the clip to compensate for the new length.

Render the mp3 as a WAV file, substitute it and see if that helps.
