My guess is that your problem colours are outside the NTSC legal limits.

Chas, here’s a reply from a user that I trust on the Sony Vegas forum shortly after the version 2.0 firmware announcement. Sounds like the camera’s not ready for prime time yet 🙁
There is a visible difference between the 100 and 60Mbps on my AX100. Especially objects in motion look a lot better. Last year I filmed an eagle soaring and I can see that at 60Mbps the codec breaks apart.

Make sure your preview window is set to Best/Full. I’ve had issues similar to yours before and setting it to this has cured them.

Wayne, if you mean adding the audio to the event that you dropped on the timeline and didn’t edit any further, then the answer is yes. Use the same method described earlier but choose Audio Only instead of Video Only. Remember to group the audio and video together when you do this as they will no longer be synced together.
If you’ve edited the event to be shorter than it was, open the desired edited event in the trimmer. This shows you the entire event with the edited portion highlighted. Add the audio to the timeline using whatever method you usually use when working with the trimmer.
p.s. the “right click – drag to timeline” works here too. -
Right click the event (what Vegas calls a clip and drag it to the timeline. Once you get there, release your mouse button and you’ll have several options, one of which is Video only with 3 options depending on what you want to do with it.

Grazie, if you’re referring to Timeline Tools, I’m not sure about making a CONNECTED event.
Looking at the João’s original post though, it seems that all he/she wants to do is to eliminate the gap between two events and has been offered a number of good suggestions. -
Timeline Tools (it’s free!!) has a Remove Gaps & Overlap tool as part of it’s extensive package. Give it a try.

Audacity is free and, as I recall, has a click/pop removal tool built in.
