Short answer from user Cornico on the MAGIX Vegas forum:
1. Copy the file ac3plug.dll from your C:\Program Files\Sony\Vegas Pro 13.0\FileIO Plug-Ins\ac3plug
2. Rename it to ac3studioplug.dll
3. Change this file with the ac3studioplug.dll from your C:\Program Files\VEGAS\VEGAS Pro 14.0\FileIO PlugIns\ac3studioplug.Long answer is this thread where the fix came from. The post from Cornico is at the top of page 3.

You need to apply your colour correction to camera 2 while it’s in your media bin. Then add it to your timeline and your correction will remain.

Make sure that you’re selecting the entire area you want to prerender. It sounds to me like only a very small selection is highlighted which would result in what you’re experiencing.

No idea if it works on Windows 10 but HDVSplit (google it, it’s free) is the usual recommendation.

My guess is that you accidentally clicked on FX Bypass. It’s an icon above the preview window.
