Looking for advice on multi-cam editing with Magix Vegas 14. The project is a simple high school football game, shot with 2 cameras. I applied Magix Color Correction to the second camera to match the first, just making a slight adjustment to gamma and add a little bit of orange to match up the grass. Looks great. When I get into multi-cam mode, everything is lost. I would like to finish this project without going back to every cam 2 clip on the timeline and adjusting them individually. Is there another way to accomplishing this? Thanks in advance.

You need to apply your colour correction to camera 2 while it’s in your media bin. Then add it to your timeline and your correction will remain.

[Mike Kujbida] “You need to apply your colour correction to camera 2 while it’s in your media bin. Then add it to your timeline and your correction will remain.”

You can also right-click on an Event on the timeline and select Add Media FX. This will affect the media in every event that it’s used it. It does the same as Mike suggested… i.e., apply the FX to the Media itself, not the Event or the Track.
