Edward, either way it would certainly be much esier to use the preset from the preset window. I can see it, click on it, and done. I don’t understand the logic of the software making you go through all the extra steps to use a preset. What I really don’t understand is why the NBT crashes the host by it’s application to start. I hope those that do understand it can get the bug ironed out.

Thanks Gene, I’ll look into the MercalliV2. I was hoping for a response from the team at Boris who is supposed to be working on this from a previous post of mine. nothing is more annoying than paying for a program and it does not function as advertised.

You can also highlight the the first event after the empty space, right click, select events to end and move them. The auto ripple can get you in trouble if you forget to turn it off.

It appears that Boris and Vegas really need to tie the knot. I have the same issue with VP11. Hoping for a solution before there are any more upgrades..

Sorry about my spelling…I need to learn this stuff, but it seems every time you look there is an expense added to do something. I have a hard time with the pricing on a lot of it.

Thanks Steve. I was hoping I wasn’t alone. There are more than a few issues that need to be addressed. This GPU acceleration is fine on a clean timeline. Add just a couple of BCC effects and it seems worse than ever. Render times seem faster, but i need to see what is going on in my timeline in real time.

My gripe is every time I get to a point in the learning curve where I can do things with some confidence they throw nails in the road. It makes it that much more difficult to justify the expense assciated with it all.

Steve, I can’t find MPEG-4 format Sony AVC-Internet 1280X720 in Vegas 11. All I have is MainConcept mp4 when I match properties. Never had that problem in VP10.

Problem solved by uninstalling the program and emptying the OFX file folders before reinstalling.

Thanks to Steve Rhoden on the Sony Vegas forums..

Thanks Steve, that did the trick. I am sure I went down that road before. Just don’t travel it enough to remember the route..

Peter, I now have version 7.05. The bug still exists in the Optical stabilizer. I also have two or everything Boris in my FX tab.
