    Splitting clips

    After splitting some clips, there is a gap between what you just deleted and your next clip. Is there a way to delete that space? Now I just keep dragging the clips over the space. If I have 100 clips on the timeline, that takes a while. There has to be a way to delete the space, but I don’t know how. Thanks.

    I believe there’s a ripple edit button you can turn on to do this.

    You can also highlight the the first event after the empty space, right click, select events to end and move them. The auto ripple can get you in trouble if you forget to turn it off.
