The other thing I noticed is that the video uploaded on the Vimeo has much more contrast then the original file (the highlights seems to bee little bit overexposed and the shadows crushed).

Actually, I tried to upload the original PAL DV Widescreen file to YouTube and the result was sharp as the original. The Only problem was flattened image because of non-square pixel aspect ratio.

This plugin is just for adjusting exposure. Yes, there is highlights slider, but I would like to try to blur highlights because I like this look. But maybe I am missing something…
