Is there a way how to render clips on the timeline separately? I have many clips on timeline and I need to render each of them to its own file.

If you are talking about exporting multiple files – you can go to Tools – Scripting – Batch Render – for multiple clips. Just set up a region around each clip you need and make certain you have a custom render setting (if needed) set up before going into the batch render. You’ll see a checkbox for Render Regions.

One option would be to make a region for each clip then use the script: batch render and choose your preferred format and choose render regions.
    Hope that helps

Hmmm… “error occured during execution of the script”. Is there some other way?
