The compressor setting of a sequence should be an editing format, don’t use png as stated above, while that is not your only problem, that is a problem. You want to match the sequence settings to your footage not your subtitles.
Your subtitles are listed at 702x, instead of the video 720x. I try to never resize in FCP. I would make them 720x.
The other Michael gave you other things, did you take his advice or stop at the png setting comment?
You need to post a still frame of you video with the subtitle. In FCP- Export> Quicktime Conversion> Still> Tiff. Post that.

Try 720×405. But when you go to a computer deliver you have to go square pixel and I keep the wide the same and reduce to height to fit.

Echo or delayed? If delayed (meaning out of sync) you can more the audio to match. If there is an echo that is much hard to remove. If you don’t get an answer here post it in SoundTrack Pro since you will probably need to fix it in there.

Why not just turn off the stabilization of the lens you might use? That way you can do a run with it on and with it off, same scene, same lens setting, better test. Then test the unstable clips with SmoothCam or better yet Lock N Load.For what I’m thinking you are trying to get is more like a steadicam shoot. Look into the Glidecam or other rigs. They take a lot of practice but for shoot like following a person they cannot be beat.

A lot easier to handle ProRes then ProRes HQ. You will need a FW800 drive, if you are using compositing (pulling more than one stream at a time) it would be wise to get one of the RAID0 enclosures.

Post a still frame of the video with the subtitle so we can see what the problem is. The is an image upload button above, 3rd from the right.
Post the sequence settings of your timeline. Post the image setting of your png. Size, resolution, color.
In a nutshell post info so people can help.

If you have Compressor issues, you have QT issues. You need to fix that or you will probably have issue in DVDSP encoding as well.

If you want real help you have to post sequence settings, clip settings and tell us what is happening on the sequence around 50% through?

In more infomation I meant the actual settings of the files and sequences. Why not post a still?

Why do things break? How can anyone answer that question. Anything that powers up can stop working at anytime. Why, cause things happen.
As far as the card vs camera, you have to do test. You have to get another card and use the camera. If there is not problems then it is the card. If there is still problems it is the camera and it needs to be sent in for repairs. Trouble shooting is a process of eliminate, but you have to do everything in an orderly fashion and keep track of what you are doing.

But preroll and TC issues are two different things. Preroll is a problem if you are logging a clip an want to start on frame 12 but the TC starts on frame 10. (can be changed to 1 sec in Device Control Preset Editor)
TC issues is if there are TC breaks in the Tape. There is a setting to tell FCP what to do on TC breaks, like make a new clip. Found under Final Cut Pro> User Prefs>General Tab, right side.
