You are not making a BluRay disc, you are making an HD DVD disc, they are not compatible. We posted this so many times.
I sure it is a bit rate things, since you give no useful specs no way of telling.
You can make BluRay disc with the newest version of Compressor 3.5 and FCP7 not DVDSP.

sounds like a field order issue, somewhere the field order has been swapped.
But you do realize that this disc will only play on Intel Macs, right?

I have never made a disc image, not one time. I use the same method of my T2i footage as I do for P2.
Each card Dump goes into its own folder, each fold has a unique name that becomes the REEL name within FCP. The Card is then just copied into the folder with the exact structure as the card, only the Volume level is not copied.
Open up FCP, Log and Transfer and point it to those folders and there are the clips, every time. You can even do real logging with comments, choice which if any audio tracks come in. The added benefit is you now have timecode, which is needed if you ever need to reconnect media down the road.
You must have the Canon EOS plugin installed and if you have the T2i there is a mod you can do that takes a minute that makes those clips compatible.
Grinder and Streamclip are both good work flows, Grinder is a no brainer if you need to use proxies and give a client or producer, BITC of all the footage.

How do we know, you have not given us the frame rate of your seq or the H264.30 secs short out of a 1 hour movie, a 60 sec movie? For major codec changes I would either export the movie with current settings and then use compressor to make the H264, or you Export with QT Conversion.

To remove that folder you go to the location in the finder and delete it. Or make another folder for your build location.

It takes hours of practice to get good looking steadicam shoots. And hours I mean hundreds, not just an afternoon.
A good steadicam op gets around $1200/day (not including his rig rental which is $500/day) and they are worth every cent. Of course this is for major shoots that have the budget.
All this to say that for good steadicam shoots you have to access to the rig and put the time into it. For these smaller cameras there are good starter rigs and they give you a better job.
Easiest way to get a steady shot in motion is a dolly or slider.

How are you viewing the DVD to judge sync, simulator? DVD Disc? build File? It should not be the simulator.
Once you get it in sync does it stay in sync or is it drifting?

Once again, it is not your assets it is your DVD that is set to HD DVD. You need to reauthor the project as a SD DVD.

Whoever invented gaffers tape you get some type of Nobel Prize, for chemistry, physics or something. Maybe even the Peace Prize. The world is a far better place because of it.
