I really won’t need the supplier to assist you with support as non will be given by most of the suppliers selling this caliber of camera. Sony will give you a respectable warranty and you have already found this forum which is your best source for continual support. Plan on purchasing one of the many DVD’s to help you get started. I like Doug Jensen’s Vortex DVD.
