    Thanks Allen for the info. I will check it out. In the meantime I will furnish my video in both PAL and NTSC and they can choose. That way the client, and their client should be happy.

    That’s a good question. The only difference I see is a smaller screen on playback in media player. My client doesn’t have a clue. He just said his guy in China said PAL works for them, that NTSC does too but PAL is more “friendly” to their system.???

    Thanks for the quick response. I am using Vegas 4 and when I go to tools, scripting, the drop down menu only says “run script….” , then below that it has “set script 1 ctl+shift+1 the next line says “set script 2” then below that ctl+shift+2 and so on. What am I missing?

    Tried the s-video but it appears s-video out of the unit is only for the dvd part. It is a new vcr / dvd record unit. I also have an older vcr / dvd unit and the back of it says s-video dvd only. Is there a way to do s-video with vcr?
