    Hi Jon,

I know I’d be very interested to see a video tutorial of that, if you’re ever going to make one 😉

Simple. Just Nest the clip/s – and voila!

Also works for any clip/s with size changes.

From the screenshots, it’s doesn’t look *sooo* bad.

Do yourself a favor. Export the video to DVD, and play it on a plasma to see how it looks.

Could be it looks fine – for SD.

Neat Video has a sharpening tool in their noise reduction app that *may* help a little. Try the demo.

    Good luck.

  • Thanks, Ron,

That’s not really working for me – but thanks for the suggestion.

  • Hi Ron,

Did you get figure out a way to resolve this issue?

I did a clean install of Lion and ALL apps – and the Filter Window has disappeared again!

    Hmmmm.

June 18, 2012 at 10:15 pm in reply to: Retain folder hierarchy when importing

I just tried adding a folder with about about dozen subfolders via Media Browser – and once again,
    it ignores/destroys the folder structure.

    Am I doing something wrong?

Baffles the mind why Premiere Pro would actively ignore folder structures.

Dustin, a handy tip that someone shared with me:
Import your folder into AE – it will retain the structure.

Then copy/paste that folder from AE into Premiere Pro.
Ta-daaaa – Premiere Pro retains the folder structure.

@Steve, the app you’re thinking of is likely https://www.cinesync.com/

It’s BRILLIANT software that allows people all over the planet to view, markup, play, stop, rewind HD [or any frame size] footage in perfect sync with one another!
The only pre-requisite is that ALL parties have ALL the same source footage on their systems BEFORE the Cinesync session begins.

I’ve used it extensively with producers and colleagues in two different countries.

    Yes, thanks.

Starting a new project and importing the old one seemed to have helped.

Also deleting all Preview Files – and spinning a chicken over my head.

    Can’t wait for CS6.

    Thanks a lot,

    Wayne
