Premiere wind blur transition
Can anyone recommend a transition plugin for Premiere that is similar to the Too Much Too Soon windblur transition available for Final Cut Pro? It’s basically a transition you can place between two shots that blurs the images together as it fades.

A simple way would just cut the parts of the 2 video clips that you want to have the blur. Apply directional blur at 90 degrees to both. Then have the first fade out as the second fades in.
