Are you rendering the wipe/overlay in Media100 because you won’t see it in the timeline until you render it over your video.

[Morten Andreassen] “Maybe it is best to keep digitizing in 44.1 in this project already started, and not mix 44.1 and 48 in the same project?”

You can’t mix 44.1 & 48 in the same timeline anyway. You could reset your hardware (preferences) to 48 and redigitize the clips by pressing the Optionl & Command keys when selecting Batch Digitize. This will redigitize audio to the current hardware settings.

[Matt M, PA] “The last rep I spoke to said that this drive should be no problem. “
Floh: “You should not connect a drive >128GB to the UltraATA66 connector, since this controller only can use drives up to 128GB reliably. Maybe this is the source for your problem… ”

I would pull the drive first. Don’t believe everything the ‘rep’ tells you. I learned that one the hard way.

How much are you allocating to M100? I found this post in the archives, hope it helps.

The minimum system requirements for Media 100 i calls for 256 MB of memory to be installed in your Macintosh

Trash the folder. A new one will be created when you launch Media100.

You could copy your bins and media to your powerbook, then import them into SW, create your programs in SW and print an EDL to import into M100i for finishing. The problem I’ve found with SW on a powerbook is you have to work in low res to get any kind of performance so your limited to basically cuts w/transitions only.
