i agree, or only change the pan on edits. that’s what i’ve always done. as for render queues, these setting are of course completely real time in fcp.

motion tab. scale. if you want to do real pan and scan there’s also the center setting.

100,000 pixels? that’s an awfully long text even in hd. but if it’s really what you need photoshop shouldn’t have a problem with it.

haha, thanks. unfortunately the wind blur cross only works in two directions due to fxscript limitations, but i’ve been looking into it. render times were really bad back in the 1.2/g3/192mb days but maybe today it’s not so bad anymore.

ask the first grader if he has apple number one and apple number two, how many apples are that? 🙂
btw i haven’t edited in avid for a long time, but when you set an outpoint i seem to remember that it ended up on the previous frame. sure, that’s following the same paradigm as fcp since that frame is then included, but it’s not working exactly the same interface-wise.

funny, i just helped this other guy out with the *exact* same thing.
i have such a plugin in my free pack (see homepage). i’m working on a new version right now so let me know if there’s anything missing and i’ll try and add it. there are plenty of led display fonts out there. many of them free. just look around.

it actually does effect encoding using tmpgenc and the qt reader on windows though. very annoying.
