I’m trying to create the end credits for DVC PRO HD. In Final Cut Pro HD I used the scroll feature but when I changed one word to italic everything changed globally. I want to be able to change font sizes, italics, bold whatever. I just feel that Final Cut isn’t the right program to be in. Can anyone suggest another way to do end credits for HD so that I can have more control over the credits. Or does anyone have suggests on how to do it in Final Cut.
    Please HELP!!

    Maryanne,

Try Title 3D, it’s on your install disc. Otherwise, do your titles in Photoshop.

I thought about doing the titles in Photoshop the only problem is I would need a document 100,000 pix long. And the document would be so big it would take forever to do changes. Plus I wasn’t sure that would look good in HD. I would love to be able to use Photoshop. I can handle Photoshop. I’ll check out the Title 3D though.
    Thanks- M

100,000 pixels? that’s an awfully long text even in hd. but if it’s really what you need photoshop shouldn’t have a problem with it.

Yes, but FCP would choke like a chicken on a file of that size! LOL!!!

What about doing a long credit roll in Live Type?
