    Hey IR.

It sounds like a Zaxwerks problem on Vista.

Can you email me offline (matt@zaxwerks.com) so
that I can ask you a few questions?

Once we figure out the issue, I’ll post a note in the forums.

    Thanks a lot.

    Hi Crys.

The easiest way is probably to get a football from Invigomany:
    https://zaxwerks.com/blog/2007/05/22/gettin-sporty-with-invigomany

    And animate that.

    Hi Paul.

There is indeed a demo version of Invigorator PRO:

We can’t comment on future software, but the Invigorator/ProAnimator
line is indeed still being developed.

    Hi Micah.

A 8000×9000 image seems to be too large for our software (on the Mac, at least).

We create an internal version of the image that requires additional memory, and the
memory allocation functions are failing at that size.

Depending on how much memory you have, you’ll likely get a smaller version of the texture to work.
I was able to get a 7000×6222 texture to work.

Note that a texture that size is likely too large for OpenGL, so it may not show up in the preview.

    The current version is v4.3.

If you have a version 4 license, you won’t have to pay an upgrade fee.

    Hi John.

Installing CS3 does *not* overwrite AE 6.5. I have AE 6.5, AE 7.0, and AE CS 3 on the same machine.

And, yes, there is a CS3-compatible version of our products.

  • Hi John.

You can load your saved ProAnimator scene inside of the After Effects PA Plug-in. Here’s how.
    1. Load After Effects and apply the ProAnimator effect to a 2D layer. Create a new scene.
    2. Find the Effect Controls and click on the “Click to Edit ProAnimator” button to open the PA Set-up window.
    3. Using the File menu, select File >Open to open your saved ProAnimator project.

Likewise, you can use File >Save to save a PA project inside of After Effects to be opened in the standalone PA app later.
