You need to turn on motion blur for the Comp.
See this image for an idea of which button to click.

Hi Nelson.
Making a Quicktime movie with Animation codec (using Millions of Colors+) will create an uncompressed movie. It should create a movie with the best quality (least compression), but the file can become very large.

Hi Leo.
Make sure you’re using the Invigorator Renderer. The Hi-Quality OpenGL Renderer doesn’t work with the wireframe materials.
To do this:
1. Open the Camera tab underneath the Preview window.
2. Select “Invigorator Renderer” from renderer menu.
3. Render again.Let us know if this fixes it for you.

Hi Roger.
It looks like you may need to change your Preview/Final Faceting value.
Try the following:
1. Select your ring object.
2. Open the Object tab and find the Object Faceting section.
3. Change your Final Faceting value to 0.1 (or drag the slider all the way to the left). The faceting in the preview area won’t change, but your final rendering should
be much more smooth.Let us know if that helps.

Hi Roger.
Can you post a screenshot of what you’re seeing?
Also, what product are you using?
Thanks.

Hi Rick.
Do you have any floating panels in AE? ProAnimator doesn’t work properly if you have any floating panels.
A solution is to make sure all of your panels are docked before opening the PA Set-Up window.
Let us know if you still have a problem.

Hi Brian.
A few questions:
1. Are you on the Mac or Windows?
2. How do you render? On a single machine with “Make Movie”? Across multiple machines? It looks like the reflection map is getting lost at certain frames.

That does seem extreme.
I’m wondering if you have Motion Blur on, and set to a high value. If not, would you mind sending me one or two things:
– A screenshot of your scene (just so I can get an idea of what it looks like)
and/or
– The project – (so I can take a look at your file/settings)Thanks. Send files to: matt@zaxwerks.com

Hi PatriotProductions.
When you say “import a file” – do you mean importing an Illustrator file into ProAnimator?
Is it possible for you to send me a screenshot of the error message?
I’m still not quite sure what steps you’re following before AE crashes.
Thanks.
