    Hello Hamish.

You may have some undocked panels in AE.
All panels must be docked to be compatible with ProAnimator.

    Hello Brian.

Would you be able to send me your project?
You can usually just send me the .aep file,
but other media files may help.

    Send files to: matt@zaxwerks.com

Be sure to send along a few instructions for
me to follow so that I can see what you’re seeing.

    Thanks a lot.

    Hello Adeeb.

There would be advantages to having more memory for AE (in particular, you’ll be able to fit more rendered frames into memory, which may improve performance slightly).

In general, though, unless you’re dealing with huge data sets (incredibly complex 3D Invigorator objects, very high-def images/movies, etc.), you won’t see too much of a difference.

That’s been my experience, at least.

    Hello Hamish.

I’m on the tech side of things, but I’m looking into your order. I’m not sure why you haven’t received a code yet.

    Stay tuned.

August 19, 2008 at 4:27 pm in reply to: Problem with Proanimator when opening program.

    Hi Mark.

    You have two options:
    1. When asked to select the movie, select some other movie (or image) that will be around for a while.
    or
    2. Find the offending Material and/or Object Style and delete it. To determine which swatches aren’t properly loaded, look for the little question mark in the corner of the swatch.

August 4, 2008 at 8:24 pm in reply to: Any chance of an improved interface for ProA?

    Hi John.

The new interface is very customizable, very flexible.
We’ve added the concept of Workspaces that you can
switch between with the click of a button (or a hot key).
You can use the pre-defined Workspaces or you can
    create your own.

If you have Motion or Final Cut Pro, you can download
the ProAnimator FX demo and check it out.

    Stay tuned.
