    Hello,

I’m up and running with pro animator upgrade (4.5.1) but some weird things are going on.

I have a Macpro 2.2.66 ghz Dual core zeon with 5 gigs of RAM running AE7.0. Blackmagic HD extreme card.

When I try to open it up within after effects it will get some of the way, that is the plug in windows will come up, but nothing in them except a couple of buttons, and freezes. To continue I toggle to the finder and back again and that fixes it. Sometimes it freezes again while working in it and if I toggle out of AE and back it fixes the problem.

I have tried it on my Macbook Pro and it works fine with that.

Any suggestions on what may help?

    Thanks!

    Hello Hamish.

You may have some undocked panels in AE.
All panels must be docked to be compatible with ProAnimator.

Yep thats fixed it. I work with 2 monitors so had separate panels. Which I prefer rather than one big one as it doesn’t fit as perfectly across 2 screens.
Oh well. If thats what its gotta be to make it work so be it. I gotta another question but I post in a new thread as its unrelated to this.
    Thanks!
