no email from zaxwerks

I purchased Pro animator online yesterday from zaxwerks site, but have received no link to download files or and serial number. Not even a confirmation email that I have purchased it.I also emailed customer service regarding another matter, but have not heard anything.
Can someone advise me how long this process should take? Has my order been received?

August 15, 2008 at 5:38 pmIf my memory is correct, I downloaded the trial version that was good for 30 days… I bought it a few days later… and… did not receive a permanent authorization/serial number/code to validate the existing trial version I had downloaded for about 3-4 days… however, I was able to use the trial version until that time.
My memory is a bit fuzzy on this… but, that is what I remember… specially the part about it taking about 3-4 days to get a reply.

I think I should start calling the credit card company and put a stop to it.
This is all very strange.
Sent emails, tried to download app, got no reply.Does this company still exist?

They still exist… it seems something has not gone right with your order… in fact, chances are there is nothing to cancel with your credit card if the order did not get completed for some reason or another.

August 19, 2008 at 2:49 amyeah I have sent two emails to customer service. Haven’t heard anything. First email was about 4 days ago or so.
I’ll check my credit card tonight. (I’m in Australia). I have a order number which I quoted in my email. Luckily I screen grabbed that page after I bought it. -
