  • Hi Ron.

Would you mind sending me your project file (and related textures)?
I’d be happy to take a look.

Also, make sure that you’re using the current version of ProAnimator:

    Hi Wayne.

Indeed, once you locate missing images, these changes should be saved with your project.

If you can, send me a sample project where these “locate” problems occur. I’d be happy to take a look.

    Thanks.

    Hi Frank.

Thanks for the compliments. We’re finding the new interface flexible and very useful (considering the large number of panels available).

One note about Workspaces: You can switch between each Workspace button by typing Cmd+# (where # is 1 for the first button, 2 for the second button, etc.). I’ve found flipping between Workspaces with a key command very helpful.

And, of course, you can set up your own Workspaces and save them to the buttons (Shift+Click on a button to save your current layout to a button).

    Hi Robert.

It’s really fantastic, a great use of 2D and 3D tools. We love seeing Zaxwerks in use.
Your video may show the first person to climb an Invigorator object.

    Hi William.

    ProAnimator isn’t currently scriptable.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
If you’d like to describe in more detail what you’d like to do,

July 2, 2008 at 2:32 pm in reply to: Proanimator mixed with Invigorator

    Hi Russ.

There isn’t any easy ProAnimator to Invigorator translation (except for how you’re currently doing it),
but you may want to consider doing the following:
    1. Import the Illustrator file into the Invigorator
    2. Open the Set-Up window and assign each object to a different Set (you can have up to 8 Sets)
    3. Close the Set-Up window
    4. Use expressions or an animation preset in order to calculate the XYZ Position and XYZ Rotation for each set — to distribute the sets into a circle

This requires a little AE knowhow, but you can use expressions to create some simple and complex 3D distributions.

Let us know if you have any questions – or if you need help with the distribution math.
