If not download and install it from out updates page: https://www.borisfx.com/updates/ If you are try trashing the Red preferences. To do so go to the C:/Windows folder and remove the BorisRed4.3.ini file. If you are sure you want to delete everything you can try emptying the trash via the terminal. Launch the terminal and type this command: rm -rf ~/.Trash/* This should empty the trash.
