Posting the release notes was meant more for anyone looking to upgrade to avoid this problem. I want to do what we can to help make this right.

You would want to use an external monitor for accurate color grading anyhow.

Unfortunately there is no quick way to troubleshoot a font issue.
First thing you might want to do is pull out all of the fonts from your users font folder. IF the crash ceases you know it is worth the trouble to troubleshoot the fonts.

If you could at least send me an RTF copy of the apple system profiler.
I can assure you that we haven’t seen the problem here so it may be a specific issue with your set-up.
Also are you sure you are on 6.0.7.2 and not 6.0.7.1?
