Hi Matt,

We have reproduced this problem and have been in the process of doing a firmware update to address this.

Unfortunately, between NAB and addressing the Multibridge bugs (which by the way are fixed – we started shipping yesterday)we have not been able to get to other things such as the HDLink.

Now that we have got passed NAB and the Multibridge, we can now go back and fix some software and hardware bugs that we have been wanting to get to for a while now. So over the next couple of weeks we expect to tidy these up and release Windows and MAC updates.

Does this happen with video and audio from tape? As in a clip captured via Digibeta?

You are using one of our presets right?

The only thing i can think of right now is have you changed the audio interleave in the sequence settings?

We really do appreciate the belief that our customers have in our company. It really motivates us in creating even better products. In such a competitive environment we always do our absolute best for our customers. I fully appreciate the frustration this has caused

Hi Paul,

Sorry i havent had the chance to post lately – NAB prep is pretty crazy at the moment.

We did change the genlock in 4.8 as there was an issue with 4.7 and genlock with Extreme cards. We believe we fixed it but there is obviously a few folks having an issue with genlock judging by the posts on here.

I am getting the same blackburst model that Jeff Bernstein has this week and we can look at it then. Hopefully we can reproduce it and address it.

To be honest though, even if we reproduce it, we just won’t get a chance to do anything about until after NAB. All software and hardware engineering is locked down until after the show. My apologies, as normally we would jump all over it.

If you are going to the show be sure sure to drop by and say hi – There is quite a clan of us going this year and it would be nice to put some faces to names.

Hi Brian,

This is the first chance i have had to look at the cow for while – you’re right, we are extremely busy preparing for NAB. I’ll answer as many posts as i can today.

Thanksfor the suggestions guys – I will put them in the feature request database. It is something we have not looked at doing so i can’t give you any details as to whether it is possible or not.
