    You need a lot of ram but you can simply use FlipFactory de Telestream. to downres your footage. Or get any 4:2:2 camera its simple its the expensive ones.

    I capture HD and output to SD, I use the over-res to zoom digitaly in my footage to make valor changes “changement de valeur” (sorry I dont know how its called in english), I zoom on faces or else. But it seems to be blurry a little is there a solution to that?

    You could try a 4:2:2 color space camera. A great alternative to expensive camera is capturing via HDMI to the blackmagic card and down convert your footage to process the green screen.

    You wont gain any quality if you aquire via HDMI if your footage come from tape;its already compressed. HDMI is only usefull when used to pick image directly from sensor (record to HD while the camcorder is hooked up).
