Still at the same place I was. What I was going to do, being the fact final delivery is gonna be on DigiBeta for Broadcast, I was gonna recompress the footage to uncompressed 8 bit 23.98 and relink it to the cut. The only problem I’ve found with that (I did a test with DV at 23.98) is the sync slips in the cut. Almost like its still not recgnizing the exact frame #s from HD. I’ll have to slip some shots, but hopefully that’ll work. It better, Im out of options. IS THERE ANYONE FROM MAC OUT THERE THAT CAN ADDRESS THIS? We are dying over here!!!

In Sequence Settings, the Quicktime compression is set at 720p60 and the Editing timebase is 23.98.
    Is that the correct options?

Well, maybe I wasn’t clear or dont understand. It is a DVCPRO HD 720p 60 Timeline at 23.98. The footage is 23.98. Easy Set Up is DVCPRO HD 720p24. What are you saying I should do?

Actually, It is smooth now and looks fine. The problem I now have is that the footage was shot to double speed sync intended to give slow mo movement with lyrical sync when slowed down. the problem now is, the sync is to slow. Off hand, do you know what should have been the proper dat settings would be to achieve this on set?
