Itamar, I like The Nits, have about 8 of their albums… one of the most under-estimated bands of the 80’s & 90’s

    bob bob bob
ya must have left your thinking cap somewhere else… or perhaps david W hit the nail on the head – is there any white foam on your collar?

the blurb at the top of the forum talks about leopard and CS3.
    OTOH itamar said
let’s hope…, that AJA will have their drivers ready for Premiere Pro.

perfectly logical statement, as the main point he was making has nothing to do with the blurb about leopard/adobe CS3 but is about AJA>PP

or am I missing something else?
    golly gosh

hmm i must try that trick, thanks mike

    – from my pc experience, i often find IT departments are too strict and do not allow their fellow workers to install basic software like vlc player, irfanview and filezilla, so clients are often trying to ftp using internet explorer and when things lock up or there is no access, they think the ftp is down, but its usually IE that does not do FTP properly.

just a guess, but it seems osx is very funny about permissions.
perhaps somehow the permissions of the plugins folder you moved about had changed when you upgraded, and fcp did not have access to them?
    just a wild guess…

    hi there herb!
so you mean pc versions of AE and PS?
im using parallels, but almost exclusively for canopus imaginate since there’s no better rostrum software i know of, and sometimes canopus procoder (which requires boot camp, it does not work on parallels).
    works very well and easily
    catcha later

Itching for Leopard on my Desktop, really like being able to put XP on one of the Spaces and use apps I miss on OSX…

    Hello there,

Ive just installed Leopard, BootCamp, XP, Parallels and it is friggin amazing… being able to do my Canopus Imaginate Rostrum work on XP, render out CTRL-arrow and whammo, back in OSX without so much as a pause.

    very very nice….
