If you’re using FCP to create multiple copies of BluRay discs, it’s going to take you forever to complete that job. Your best bet would be to use Roxio Toast to copy the discs or a disc duplicator.

I’ve found out that it ONLY works if you have basic cuts and dissolves AND no video filters or effects applied. For the most part… Its useless for “real world” work. Great for simple offline to online cuts.

Still not working on the IoXT and PP6. I have two computers that we updated and both still have teh same audio issues during playback and CTI issues.

October 12, 2012 at 6:33 pm in reply to: AJA Kona LHi External Monitor playback lag issues with CS6I’m on a Mac and I’m still seeing the audio issues with playback. If I were having to output to tape, I’d be dead in the water. Thankfully, we output to Quicktime file and deliver on a hard drive. Therefore, I edit using the computer sound, not the AJA iO XT.

October 11, 2012 at 7:06 pm in reply to: Premiere Pro CS6 & AJA IoXT (AJA Adobe Drivers 10.3)Thanks, Drew.
I have done this, too. I even installed the new drivers that came available yesterday (10/10/12) – version 10.4.1. I replaced both the AJA IoXT and the Adobe drivers to the new 10.4.1 versions. I’m still getting the same audio issues after configuring to AJA and Adobe’s readme files on this subject.
I’m stumped!

I’m an FCP 7 convert moving to Premiere Pro because its more like what we’ve been using EXCEPT the razor tool. What good is the razor tool if we cannot snap to the CTI? I don’t understand who would want to use the razor tool without snapping to it. Who cuts at random? Just my two cents…

Yeah… That’s what I’m having to do. I was just hoping there may have been something I might have missed that someone had figured out. Hey… Its worth a shot.
