We are starting with 1080p footage from a Canon XHA1s and Canon Rebel T2i. Some of are shows were shot in SD with a Canon Xl1s.

Vince, thanks for your impute. Everything you help me with has been very successful.

I just have a couple of questions about the last post.

    1. You said that I needed to: replace the photos in the project panel.
I guess I am not sure on how to do that? Or I’m just not understanding what you are saying.

    2. The last question is: resize to fit the frame.
I not real sure what frame I am suppose to resizing the photos too. In other words, how would I find the frame size?

    Thanks

    Thanks for your help.

Do you know if Premiere CS3 supports the multi cores?

Thanks for the information, it really seems to be pointing me in the right direction. One other thought, as far as the G-Speed, Drobo and the alike raid systems. What is your recommendation, as far as reliability and functionality? If you used them, would you use them only for backup drives?

    Thanks,

    Thanks for the information.

You mention raid 0 configuration would be recommended, with Premiere Pro.

I currently have a raid 5 configuration. Do you know if I am losing speed with the raid 5 configuration? Would you recommend to me, to reformat to use raid 0, instead raid 5?

Would you recommend a 64bit computer?
