so maybe it would be good idea to dig deeper.
what kind of files, camera, nle etc?
Also moving some files aaa from that folder may help.
To see the effect you have to start clean project after resolve restart and see if the files show up.

Do you have files locally or on san ?
Some say they get the problem on san or nas and not locally.
I had the problem when files where local.

If apps integration do not get better then we have can with half the promised performance.
So yes small can for prorez may be good option siting on the back of linux version 😉

Problem solved.
I had in one folder some QT files that were broken so to say
and they just upsetter QT decoder so id started acting bad after that.Deleted the files with folder and everything is good again.

We have to wait and see how D700 holds up against Titans.
Until then it is just pure gossip.
Maybe i sound to old and sceptical but real world test in Resolve defines it
as we ave many times seen that on paper numbers nice numbers do not have to be
good in real life.Maybe good Linux box will be also nice idea.

Oh i just did not dear to jump forward as i know it takes some time for Nvidia all the time

It just hit me that if you export from Premiere for example
and do not select any specific timeline it will bundle all available timelines in xml.If i could be possible visually to represent them the same way and you could import all of them at once so to say then it would be super cool with this kind of workflow where you have a lot of versions.
I can relate to that as i have some advertising jobs also and like you said kazillion versions and they better be up to date.
So it would ale sense in that situation to organise timelines in some better way.
