my idea is to have it done right first time and not to have to export it twice, once for sound once for picture.. at this stage its not a master but needs to be watched by producers without glitches in the audio.. my export setting is vimeo720p in media encoder..

so okay.. can 2 editors work off the same project? without importing the sequences?

yes i know about importing a clip.. but if something happens the raw media might get imported again and its in the project twice.. i tried that before as i changed audio settings on the actual clip it brought in the media again. which is stupid.. so on one timeline u have the clip source from one folder, on the other from another..

yes.. that i already knew.. i was hoping they had “refresh sequence” kind of like in Avid and all the clips would change to however you change them…

There is a bug with the multclips an its been bugging me a whole lot..
its a 2 camera setup.. i delete the camera audio so there are no 9 audio tracks.. in some cases audio shows in timeline in some it doesnt. everything is synced with plural eyes then i copy the media from there and paste it in the multiclip file.
when i change the settings to ProRes 422 on the plural eyes sequence, preview files are deleted.. and with that the audio waveform… when i trhow the multiclip on a sequence and disable and then enable the multi clip, the audio appears. not in all cases.

in most cases there are 2 cameras and external audio source..

PS.. i just noticed that when i delete the preview files the audio waveform on the new timeline form multicamera sequence goes away..
