    Try to configure the 32 bps or 64bps, then the quality will be high, if it doesn’t work try to make the remapping in Adobe Premiere, maybe it can help you.

    Check the time on your machine, If your time is incorrect then afe won’t work correctly. After correcting ur time If it doesn’t work then try to uninstall and install after effects with all it’s features. Also try to update the Quick Time with the latest version. If again you have the same problem, then you didn’t save the project correctly

  • I think for fast rendering, you need to manipulate to preferences in after effects, cause ever afe software by default uses only 2 GB of RAM, and after you allow to use more than 2 GB then your render speed will be increased but your machine CPU and RAM will work harder to get the final results.
