<p>If I understand correctly your issue is to show only one language at a time- so I suggest a different approach:</p>
<p>Use dropdown menu (expression control) that contains the languages and using the sourceText of the text layer with a switch/case expression to select the correct text content according to the dropdown selection.</p>

Expression Based counters have their flaws, but they they are easy to create and animate (until you tackle something like this).<br />
If using the paragraph alignment don&#8217;t resolve this I recommend using our <a target='_blank' href="https://www.vdodna.com/products/counter-preset/" rel="nofollow"><b>Counter Preset</b></a> to solve the alignment issue.</p>

I believe that a simple <i>wiggle()</i> expression could solve this, assuming the layers are 3D.<br />
Since the <i>Amplitude </i>value you enter is relative to the original 3D position of the layers they will disperse in a sphere which the <i>Amplitude</i> value is actually the sphere&#8217;s radius.  </p>

Instead of copy / paste, Duplicate the original layer, containing the groups.<br />
After that you can delete the relevant groups from both layers (group 1 in the duplicated layer and group 2-4 in the original layer, for example).<br />
This way you&#8217;ll have one copy of each group divided in two layers, and without the need to reposition.</p>

<p>You can easily round the numbers using the built-in JS Math in AE:<br />
<b>round</b>-rounds the number.  2.5-&gt;3<br />
<b>ceil</b>&#8211; rounds to the closest number from the &#8220;top&#8221;. 2.5 -&gt; 3<br />
<b>floor</b>&#8211; rounds to the closest number from the &#8220;Bottom&#8221;. 2.5-&gt;2</p>

I believe multiplying the length with the value of the range selector will give exactly that. (I assume you are using the Range Selector&#8217;s Start/End)</p>
<p>The algorithm (as oppose to code) should be something like this: </p>
<p>Text.length*startValue/100</p>
<p>I hope this is clear enough and to the &#8220;point&#8221;.</p>

<p>The issue you&#8217;re describing looks like your puppet mesh does not include the exterior portion of that image when you use the Mask expansion.<br />
If I understand correctly increasing the Puppet Expansion value will solve this quickly.<br />

If you connect the to the layer&#8217;s Source Text you can use the &#8220;<b>length</b>&#8221; property which counts the number of letters you have in the Source Text of the text layer.<br />
It should look something like this: </p>
