I believe most of the shots in the example are dispersed 3d layers with camera movement.
For the floor layers I recommend using “Corner Pin” effect as shown in this Tutorial:

I understand that these layers are 3D, but i want to know they use Camera object or just Null object. How do you think? I don’t see reasons to use Camera object in this case.

Using a camera gives you so much more control over your image than just using 3D objects (with an implied camera but no camera object in the scene). Aside from rendering depth of field, you can also take control over the perspective an image shows by adjusting the camera’s focal length.
