    Jerry,
A good friend and long time video pro said that the higher the number equals better preformance. This seemed odd but since the apple cinema display is 16ms I figured I was mistaken. Also the run of the mill LCD’s seem to be 5ms where the better onces go to 6 ms and 8 ms.
So, not to be insulting in any way are you certain the lower number of ms is better?

    Thanks

The Dell ultra sharp has good reviews and there is an HP unit with 8ms.

    Thanks

    Hey Jim,

I’d love to compare notes in your dual use of vegas and FCP.
We are currently using only vegas but would like to see how hard it would be to use FCP also or migrate to FCP

March 27, 2007 at 4:26 pm in reply to: DVD Architect -how to loop background footage?

OK, I got it now. The video and audio where differnet lengths so the program chooses the longer clip and the video runs out rather than loop
    independantly.

    Sorry~

    Got it…
So would you suggest naming a new preset and saving it so you can go back and repeat its use in other areas?

    Rick,
Thank you for your offer! I can’t believe I overlooked the fact that I had not set version sevens preview mode! It was set at draft mode! arghhh!!! How idiotic of me.

    Thanks again

I tried the PowerVideoMaker Pro you suggested a while back and I’m wondering how sharp the text was after rendering to a video format?

Mine did not look very good. I could not find any settings to improve it either.

I’ve had no response from the company via email so I thought I’d ask how it is working for you?

    Thank You!

    Peter,
    Another thought.

Are you saying that you can place take in any random position you want?

Like text nested in other text without reguard to a baseline? Above and below, larger and smaller etc.
    A complete textual composition?

  • I’ve tried this, but it isn’t doing what you said. It is,however, saving a new wav file. (But no take 2)
I must be missing something here.

    Any ideas?
