Although i thought that there would be a much easier solution because lights can only beam light . and objects can only cast shadows and so on. But, there IS a solution. so thats good.No knowledge is a Statement

and what codec do you give the QUICKTIME before encoding it in encore to MPEG2 ?

When i export to quicktime, to than afterwards, let it downsize by encore (or something else)
which codec should i use on the quicktime?

In this case it is a perfect solution !! Someone else pointed out to use Corner Pin for the Squares. and i think that will be perfect !!! Thanks very much !!
