It’s possible.
You could try convert audio to keyframes.
Make a slider control connected to a wiggle effect, and connect the slider to the new layer created with the ”convert audio to keyframes”.

The exact details you would have to look up ( how to connect a wiggle to a slider control for example ).
Because I could not tell you step by step out of my head.
But its possible.

Thanks for your reply ! It seems like these solutions could work, but is actually still a work around, with more steps than rather just move the anchor point by hand (with Y ). ( all be it that the centre is approximately )

The script mentioned in the later reply is actually working very well ! So if you ever run into this problem, try it !

Did you find any solution ?
I’m having the same problem.

I also am looking for the purge option, there used to be an option to clear all cache in the preferences, but that also seems to be gone.
I guess this is the bottleneck, because only closing and reopen the program is a solution, but after a while its lagging again.

And I also tried it with 32 bpc, but that doesnt do the trick.
With PNG there is an option : include alpha.

Isn’t it weird that with GIF there is no transparency option?
