  • Hi Graham,

The requirement is that you use the latest version of Media Express which has an option to run in the background.

The cards in your system will enumerate in a fixed order but you can’t tell Media Express to address a specific card. It will pick the card which shows up as the first input/output device in your system. The next instance of Media Express you open will then pick up the second card.

Of course, the limitation here is that there’s no elegant way of capturing 2 streams simultaneously. You’ll have to start capture in one instance of Media Express, then go into the next instance and start another capture.

    Hi Larry,

Are you converting to 8-bit or 10-bit?/ Looks like a gamma issue so I’ll get the guys to check it out.

[MaxMakinen] “Is anyone aware is it allowed to publish such code, so that others that have the same problem as me don’t have to code a application themselves?

    HI Max,

    Go for it. 🙂

    Hi Danny,

Yes, you can download the software without serial numbers. Just click on the “Download Now” button instead of “Register & Download” 🙂

However, you do need a Blackmagic capture/playback device installed to be able to use it.

  • Hi,

That preset sets up a DV timeline to output via our cards so it will not use your DV port to go back out to your Dv deck over FireWire. Try copy your entire sequence back into your Premiere Pro DV preset to go back out to tape via FireWire.

  • Hi Hugo,

That’s strange, you shouldn’t get that sound in Windows when you connect HDMI to Intensity Pro.

Are yup able to play out anything from the card? It’s possible that the card is faulty so trying to play something out will be a good test.

    Hi Danny,

    You can find it here:

This link points to the Intensity manual. The Media Express guide is located in it.

    Hi Don,

It’s not a DVI cable so what you’re planning to do will not work.

    Hi Juan,

We are still working on it. Chances are it’s going to be another month or so before we will be ready.
