    Hi Doug,

    Thanks for that.
    But there’s a problem (of course…)

It looks like Editor #1 burned in non drop-frame BITC, but the clips were actually drop-frame. If that’s the case, there’s no way to match up the timecode, is there?

Okay, I found out how to do this.
But if anyone else needs the info:

Park the playhead on the multiclip in the timeline.
Select View -> Match Frame -> Multiclip Angle
You can also map this to your keyboard.

    Take care!

    Yes!

That was it – thanks, Bill!

And thanks Francis – I’ll have to remember that info in the future!

    Hi Francis,

Thanks for that, and I’ll try it, but I’m not sure that is what I’m looking for.

(Haven’t played back any of the clips yet, I was just noticing that they’re drop frame in the bin.)

In Avid, you can change a clip or sequence to non drop just by using Cmd + I and then just hitting the colon or semicolon key. I’m wondering if there’s any equivalent in FCP.

    Thanks!
