Hey Glenn,

Unfortunately the Profound plug-in you’re talking about is 32-bit only, and MC is now 64-bit. You would have received your license information and download instructions for Avid FX when you made your purchase. If you already have BCC8, than you’re ready to start creating some awesome effects, as it’s one of the best in the business.

Apply it to your first clip, then mark an in to out range, then in the AudioSuite Window, in the “hamburger” drop down, select “Set Audiosuite Plug-in In/Out”, and you should be good to go.

Have you tried toggling your hardware on/off inside of MC? There is a button right above your timeline that does this.

Let me know if this works, and if not, we’ll try something else.

Hey Annette,

Did you try auto-configuring the deck? Once MC/Symphony figures out what channels are supported for capture, you’ll be able to select them, and get going.

Also, don’t forget to update to the current version of MC, 6.5.2.1, which might solve your problem.
